What we do

Tow Pro Houston provides referral and dispatch services. We take your call, gather details about your location and circumstances, then connect you with a licensed, insured towing operator that serves the Houston metro. We own no tow trucks, have no drivers on staff, and don’t run a vehicle storage facility. You contract directly with the dispatched operator, who completes the work.

Scope of service

This website’s content is for information only. Statutory fee caps, prices, and recommendations are based on conditions when written and can change. The site doesn’t create a contract or promise any particular price or result.

Service agreements

You enter a separate service order with the operator completing the towing or roadside work. That order, rather than this website, establishes the rate, destination, payment methods accepted, and other terms governing the work.

Calls are recorded

A notice at the beginning of every call explains that calls to (346) 443-5499 are recorded. We use those recordings to route jobs accurately and review the quality of the service provided to you.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Tow Pro Houston owns all written content, images, and branding on this website. You may view the material, share its links, and use short quotations with attribution. Don’t copy complete articles, images, or branded materials without our permission.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party resources, including state agencies and manufacturer documentation. We don’t control or answer for their content.

Limitation of liability

All website information is offered as-is, with no warranty. The operator we connect you with performs the towing work according to your agreement with that operator. Use any DIY blog guidance at your discretion, and stop whenever something seems unsafe.
